Mr. Lu has participated in handling major intellectual property disputes involving technologies such as semiconductors, telecommunications, and electronic devices, and has accumulated extensive experience in patent litigation and abuse of market dominance cases. Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Lu practiced at another leading domestic law firm.
