Professionals Jiawei Liu

Work experience

Mr. Liu's practice focuses on providing legal services for REITs and asset securitization and real estate projects, including legal due diligence, analyzing transaction structures, assisting in asset restructurings, and drafting transaction documents.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Liu worked as an associate at Zhong Lun Law Firm, where he focused on real estate investment, financing, and civil dispute resolution.

Educational background

Mr. Liu obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from South China University of Technology and Master of Laws degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
