Work experience

Ms. Yuan Xinlian's primary practice areas are private equity and venture capital, as well as mergers and acquisitions.  She is primarily responsible for legal due diligence, legal and policy research, and the drafting of transaction documents.

Educational background

Ms. Yuan received her LL.B. degree in Zhejiang University in 2024 and an LL.M. degree in National University of Singapore in 2026.
