Mr. Liu joined Han Kun Law Offices in June 2026.  His practice focuses on Hong Kong capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate compliance.

Educational background

Mr. Liu earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance and Business Law, from Boston University's Questrom School of Business in 2023.  He went on to receive his Juris Doctor (2025) and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (2026) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
