Professionals Xiaofan Hou

Work experience

Mr. Hou specializes in bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation.  He has served as a member of court-appointed administrator teams in a number of large-scale corporate reorganization proceedings and insolvency cases involving real estate companies, assisting with claims review, asset investigations and preparations for creditors' meetings.  His experience spans investment and guarantee services, real estate, hospitality, and commercial operations.

Educational background

Mr. Hou received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2023 and a Master of Laws  (LL.M.) from Shandong University in 2026.
