Ms. Li joined the Shanghai office of Han Kun Law Offices in August 2026, where she began her legal career.  
Ms. Li's professional experience includes mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, data compliance, and general corporate affairs.

Educational background

Ms. Li received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Renmin University of China in 2025 and subsequently received a Master of Laws degree from New York University in 2026.
