Work experience

Ms. Liu has been practicing law since 2016 and joined Han Kun in August 2026.  Ms. Liu specializes in venture capital and private equity financing, as well as cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions.  Ms. Liu has provided comprehensive legal services to numerous investment institutions, technology companies, and healthcare and pharmaceutical companies in matters concerning investment and financing, M&A, and outbound direct investment.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Liu practiced at AllBright Law Offices, Zhong Lun Law Firm (Shanghai Office), and Dacheng Law Offices (Shanghai Office).
