Ms. Wu joined Han Kun Law Offices in August 2026 and focuses her practice on capital markets matters, including initial public offerings, listings, and various public and private equity financing transactions. As a member of the team, she has participated in providing legal support for cross-industry and cross-border financing transactions for a number of Chinese and multinational companies. In overseas listing projects (including Hong Kong IPOs and U.S. IPOs), she has assisted the team in the drafting and revision of prospectuses and participated in the preparation of materials responsive to regulatory inquiries. In addition, she has assisted partners and senior associates in providing legal advice on matters relating to corporate compliance, connected transaction review, and information disclosure for listed companies.
