Work experience

Ms. Lizhu Zhu primarily focuses on the establishment and operation of onshore and offshore investment funds, providing clients with full-cycle legal services in connection with the fundraising, investment, management and exit of RMB and USD funds.  Her practice covers private fund manager registration and fund filing, drafting and reviewing fund-related transaction documents, legal due diligence, and legal research.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhu practiced banking and finance law at a leading Chinese law firm, where she participated in onshore and cross-border financing transactions and provided related legal services to clients.

Educational background

Ms. Lizhu Zhu received her LL.B. from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2023 and her LL.M. in European and International Business Law from Leiden University in 2024.
