Work experience

Ms. Chen specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and cross-border IPOs, as well as general corporate matters.  Her industry experience spans life sciences and healthcare, the Internet, pharmaceuticals, artificial intelligence, manufacturing, and consumer goods.  Ms. Chen's core responsibilities include conducting legal due diligence, structuring transactions, drafting transactional documents, and performing legal and regulatory research.

Educational background

Ms. Chen received her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2022 from the School of Law, Wuhan University, where she later earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Economic Law in 2025.
