Professionals Xinyu Tian

Work experience

Ms. Tian joined Han Kun Law Offices in August 2026.  Her practice focuses on venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  She has advised domestic and international companies, investment institutions, and other clients on equity financings, M&A transactions, corporate governance, and related matters.  Her experience spans a broad range of industry sectors, including TMT, fintech, healthcare, and life sciences.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Tian practiced at Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP (Shanghai).

Educational background

Ms. Tian received an LL.B. degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2021.  She subsequently pursued further studies at the School of Law, Queen Mary University of London, and obtained an LL.M. degree in Commercial and Corporate Law in 2023.  In 2024, she received a further LL.M. degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
