Work experience

Mr. Jin mainly engages in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, outbound and inbound investment, domestic and overseas reorganizations and listings, and general corporate matters.  His practice involves fields such as the Internet, semiconductors, information technology, energy, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.

Educational background

Mr. Jin graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with an LL.M. degree in 2026.  Prior to that, he obtained his LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2025.
