Work experience

Ms. Lu qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2024.  She focuses her practice on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Lu also has experience in Hong Kong capital markets transactions and listed company compliance, as well as regulatory and internal investigations.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Lu practiced at a leading U.S. law firm in Hong Kong.

Educational background

Ms. Lu obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (First Class Honours) from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Columbia Law School.
