Work experience

Ms. Jia's practice focuses on cross-border investments and private equity transactions.  She has experience advising on a range of domestic and cross-border investment and financing matters, including legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, transaction negotiations, and deal execution.  Ms. Jia also has experience providing general corporate and capital markets legal services.

Educational background

Ms. Jia received an LL.M. degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2024.
