Professionals Ruoyu Liu

Work experience

Mr. Liu joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2026.  His practice focuses on data compliance and technology law.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Liu clerked at a U.S. state appellate court. Mr. Liu previously interned at a U.S. federal district court and a state Attorney General's Office, and he served as the Executive Senior Editor at the Georgetown Journal of International Law.

Educational background

Mr. Liu obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Virginia.  He obtained a Juris Docter degree from Georgetown University Law Center as a Technology Law and Policy Scholar.
