Work experience

Ms. Shen joined the Shanghai office of Han Kun Law Offices in 2026.  Her current practice focuses on advising domestic and international financial institutions and asset managers on financial regulation, asset management, and cross-border investment and financing.

Educational background

Ms. Shen received a Bachelor of Laws degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2025 and subsequently received a Master of Laws degree from New York University in 2026.
