Work experience

Ms. Meng joined Han Kun Law Offices (Beijing) in August 2026.  She is primarily involved in outbound investment and financing and Hong Kong capital markets projects.  Her responsibilities include conducting legal due diligence, legal research, and assisting in the review and revision of transaction documents, legal opinions, due diligence reports, and other project documents.
