Work experience

Mr. Min specializes in antitrust/competition and corporate compliance.  In the antitrust field, his experience covers merger control filings and serving as a monitoring trustee in cases involving restrictive conditions.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Min interned with the antitrust practice of a leading law firm.

Educational background

Mr. Min holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Peking University and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from Duke University.
