Work experience

Ms. Yang primarily focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, special opportunities investments, and general corporate matters.  Her practice spans multiple industries, including embodied intelligence, medical devices, new materials and energy, and information technology.  Ms. Yang joined Han Kun Law Offices in July 2026, having previously worked at DeHeng Law Offices and Fangda Partners.

Educational background

Ms. Yang earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2021 and subsequently received a Master of Laws degree from Renmin University of China in 2023.
