Work experience

Ms. Li joined Han Kun Law Offices in August 2026, where she focuses on Hong Kong securities offerings, pre-IPO restructuring, and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Li handled cross-border trademark, copyright and data scraping enforcement matters across the Asia-Pacific region and assisted with contentious and non-contentious private client work.

Educational background

Ms. Li received an LL.M. in Competition, Innovation and Information Law from New York University School of Law; She received both an LL.M. in Comparative Law and an LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law.
