Ms. Zhang's primary practice areas are intellectual property litigation and commercial dispute resolution. She has been involved in patent infringement litigation and invalidation proceedings involving well-known domestic and international companies and has accumulated hands-on experience in SEPs and FOSS compliance. In addition, Ms. Zhang has worked on a number of high-value and complex commercial disputes, including foreign-related shareholder qualification confirmation, arbitration arising from cooperation agreements, and securities misrepresentation claims. Ms. Zhang joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2026.
