Work experience

Ms. Du focuses her practice on private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her work encompasses due diligence, legal research, and drafting and reviewing legal documents.

Educational background

Ms. Du graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2022, where she earned her B.A. degree with the highest honors in History.  She then received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2026.
