Mr. Cao's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, foreign direct investments, and general corporate matters. He has extensive experience representing domestic and international clients in a variety of complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across multiple industries, including technology, retail, industrial manufacturing, energy, and biotechnology. Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Cao was an associate in the Shanghai office of Zhong Lun Law Firm.
In addition to private practice, Mr. Cao previously worked in-house at TCL Electronics, where he supported the company's global operations and international trade activities. He represented TCL in cross-border commercial transactions in Asia, Europe, and America, including OEM cooperation with LG and other leading multinational manufacturers.
