Work experience

Ms. Zhang primarily focuses on venture capital, private equity and general corporate matters.  She is responsible for due diligence, legal research, and legal document drafting.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhang worked at Llinks Law Offices.

Educational background

Ms. Zhang received a Bachelor of Law degree in Xiamen University in 2022 and a LL.M. degree in 2024 from Cornell University.
