Professionals Mengru Fang

Work experience

Ms. Fang has been practicing law since 2021.  Prior to joining Han Kun, she worked at Kangda Law Firm, where she focused on capital markets transactions.  Ms. Fang joined Han Kun Law Offices in September 2026.
Ms. Fang primarily practices in the areas of venture capital and private equity financings, domestic and Hong Kong IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  She has experience in corporate financings, equity investments, public listings, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions.

Educational background

Ms. Fang received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2017.
In 2021, she obtained a Juris Master degree from Renmin University of China.  She also received an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2026.
