Work experience

Ms. Huang's main practice areas include private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment.  Her services cover the design of relevant transaction structures, due diligence, drafting of transaction documents, and closing procedures.

Educational background

Ms. Huang obtained a bachelor's degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2025; and a master's degree in law from the National University of Singapore in 2026.
