Professionals Junyi Qian

Work experience

Ms. Qian has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since October 2026.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Qian gained experience at Zhong Lun Law Firm, King & Wood, and AllBright Law Offices, participating in matters involving data compliance, hospitality and tourism, asset securitization, bankruptcy reorganization, intellectual property protection, and dispute resolution. She assisted with legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, compliance and risk analysis, and legal research on PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Qian received her LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2024, and her LL.M. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2026, where she also earned a Law & Technology Certificate.
