Professionals Junlie Tang

Work experience

Mr. Tang focuses on domestic and overseas IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, as well as corporate governance matters.  He boasts extensive experience in capital market transactions, covering a wide spectrum of industries including commercial aerospace, medical devices, new materials, energy, and information technology.  Mr. Tang previously worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm (Shenzhen Office) and JunHe LLP.  He joined Han Kun Law Offices in October 2026.

Educational background

Mr. Tang received his Bachelor of Management and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Xiamen University in 2015, and his Juris Master degree from Peking University in 2018.
