Work experience

Mr. Wang has been working with Han Kun Law Office since October 2026, where he specializes in intellectual property and life sciences.  He has represented many Chinese and international companies across a wide range of matters.  Mr. Wang is knowledgeable of patent validity challenges, IP drafting and prosecution, freedom to operate (FTO), IP litigation, IP due diligence for M&As and IPOs, IP strategy, IP transactions, and legal advice on IP and regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Office, Mr. Wang worked at reputable Chinese law firms and the China representative office of a top-ranked U.K. law firm.

Educational background

Mr. Wang received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and a dual degree in law in 2016 from Nanjing University.  In 2020 and 2021, he received an LL.M. degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a Juris Master’s degree from Fudan University, respectively.
