On October 30, 2023, CLECSS announced the results of its "2023 Best ESG Law Firm Awards". Han Kun claimed CLECSS's "Best ESG Law Firm Award – Best ESG Practice" and Han Kun partner Wei Quan was honored with the "Best ESG Lawyer – Gold Award".

Mr. Wei Quan's practice focus on digital finance, fintech, finance ESG, and other matters. In the area of finance ESG, Mr. Quan advises financial institutions on their ESG internal control and compliance schemes and systems and assists financial institutions in embedding ESG due diligence and assessment steps into their traditional equity or debt investments. In addition, Mr. Quan also provides compliance advice regarding his clients' carbon emissions and their carbon neutral product designs. Mr. Wei Quan holds the CFA ESG Investing qualification issued by the CFA Institute and have founded "LevyESG", the first new media platform focusing on ESG legal compliance and knowledge sharing.
