Cencen Feng
Ms. Feng specializes in venture capital and private equity, M&A, capital market transactions and has a wide range of practice areas including technology, consumption, bio-medical, TMT, education, logistics and financial services. Ms. Feng has provided legal services to private equity funds and start-up companies and participated in hundreds of investment and financing transactions as well as numerous overseas capital market issuance transactions as the PRC counsel for issuers.
Jiankun (Rio) Li
Mr. Li specializes in commercial dispute resolution, cross border arbitration and legal risk management in relation to Hong Kong law. Mr. Li has provided legal services to listed companies, large state-owned enterprises and multinational corporations in both the mainland and Hong Kong. Mr. Li has extensive experience in general commercial contract disputes, investment disputes arising between investors or between investors and the company arising out of joint venture agreements, shareholders' agreements or the articles of association of the company, fight for control of company, equity redemption disputes, shareholders' derivative litigation and potential liabilities of directors.
Qian Li
Mr. Li specializes in merger and acquisition, venture capital, private equity, capital market, foreign investment, and general corporate matters. He is mainly responsible for due diligence, transaction structuring, transaction documents drafting, reviewing and negotiation, as well as legal and policy research. In the area of venture capital and private equity investments, Mr. Li has advised many venture capital funds, private equity funds, state-owned enterprises, strategic investors, and entrepreneurs from various industries such as internet, communications technology, fintech, semiconductor chip, consumption, healthcare, entertainment and education, etc., and has advised on a number of complex M&A transactions in the internet, telecommunication and technology industries.

Zhenyu Wang
Mr. Wang mainly practices in the areas of domestic and overseas capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity finance, especially in the areas of domestic and overseas listing, M&A and restructuring of listed companies, increase and decrease of shareholding of listed companies, and information disclosures. In addition, Ms. Zhao has provided legal advice on technology development and licensing, and drug sales compliance for innovative biomedical companies.
Ying Zeng
Ms. Zeng specializes in commercial dispute resolution, and in particular cross-border disputes. With over a decade of legal practice in both China and the United States, she is knowledgeable about the commercial culture and legal systems of both countries and has accumulated rich experience in handling large and complex cross-border cases. Ms. Zeng has represented both domestic and overseas clients in many courts in China and the United States and at arbitration institutions. Ms. Zeng has successfully handled complex disputes across different industries and of different types in many different forums. She has personally acted for clients in international arbitrations and U.S. litigation proceedings; she has also managed foreign legal proceedings for Chinese enterprises and handled domestic legal proceedings for foreign clients in China. Ms. Zeng is a member of the PRC Bar and the Pennsylvania Bar and the New Jersey Bar in the United States.
