Recently, Lexology—the world's leading legal news platform under the renowned London-based publisher Law Business Research—officially launched the 2025 edition of Lexology Panoramic: Shareholder Activism & Engagement. Han Kun is the only Chinese law firm invited to contribute to the publication. The authors of the China chapter include Han Kun partners Mr. Dong (Eric) Liu, Ms. Qimin Zhu as well as attorneys Mr. Shi Yin and Ms. Yufei Wang, with additional contributions from Ms. Neng Qian, Ms. Pan Song, and Mr. Chen Kuang.
Lexology Panoramic: Shareholder Activism & Engagement aims to explore, on a global scale, how shareholders can actively exercise their rights and leverage legal and commercial tools—such as litigation and coordinated actions—to play a proactive role in corporate governance, participate in strategic decision-making, and examine how companies and their boards can effectively prepare for and address these challenges.
Han Kun's Commercial Dispute Resolution team specializes in handling complex corporate disputes, having managed several high-profile, large-scale cases. The team is particularly skilled at designing efficient legal risk management mechanisms that help clients effectively achieve their commercial objectives.
