Han Kun authors the China chapter of Lexology Panoramic: Shareholder Activism & Engagement

Recently, Lexology—the world's leading legal news platform under the renowned London-based publisher Law Business Research—officially launched the 2025 edition of Lexology Panoramic: Shareholder Activism & Engagement. Han Kun is the only Chinese law firm invited to contribute to the publication. The authors of the China chapter include Han Kun partners Mr. Dong (Eric) Liu, Ms. Qimin Zhu as well as attorneys Mr. Shi Yin and Ms. Yufei Wang, with additional contributions from Ms. Neng Qian, Ms. Pan Song, and Mr. Chen Kuang.
