Han Kun Advises Webull Corporation on its de-SPAC Transaction and Listing

Han Kun represented Webull Corporation in its successful de-SPAC merger with SK Growth Opportunities Corporation and listing on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange on April 11, 2025, under the ticker symbol "BULL".

As Webull Corporation's PRC legal counsel for this transaction, Han Kun provided comprehensive legal advice throughout the entire de-SPAC merger and listing process, including assisting the company in completing the overseas listing filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Webull is a digital investment platform built upon a next-generation, global infrastructure that allows retail investors to trade securities through its licensed broker dealer subsidiaries located in various parts of the world, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, and Japan, among others. The company strives to be the platform of choice for a new generation of investors by building an efficient, low-cost, and easy-to-use global investment platform. SK Growth Opportunities Corporation is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange in August 2022 under the ticker symbol "SKGR".
