Han Kun Law Offices has represented Yuanbao Inc. ("Yuanbao", NASDAQ: YB), as PRC counsel to the issuer, in connection with the initial public offering and listing of its American depositary shares on the Nasdaq Stock Market. The shares began trading on April 30, 2025.

Yuanbao was established in 2019 and has been deeply engaged in the field of internet life insurance since its inception. According to data from its industry consultant, Yuanbao is the second-largest distributor in China's life insurance market if measured by first-year premium volume.
