On May 8, 2025, Benchmark Litigation China, an internationally renowned legal rankings organization, released its shortlist for the Benchmark Litigation China Awards 2025. Han Kun has been shortlisted for the following three award categories, owing to the firm's professional strength and outstanding practice in dispute resolution:

Shanghai Firm of the Year

Beijing Lawyer of the Year – Xianglin Chen

Shanghai Lawyer of the Year – Michelle Gon

Founded in 2008, Benchmark Litigation is currently the only definitive guide in the market that specializes in the dispute resolution domain. These awards celebrate the leading litigators and most impactful disputes across seven core areas in China based upon the information gathered in submissions for the latest edition of Benchmark Litigation China. The shortlist is the culmination of months of research, analysing hundreds of submissions, surveying thousands of referees and interviewing hundreds of lawyers. The winners will be announced online via the Benchmark Litigation website on June 5, 2025.
