On June 3, 2025, SF Airlines and Etihad Airways executed a Joint Business Agreement (JBA) in Munich, Germany for cargo operations. According to this agreement, SF Airlines and Etihad Airways will, on a metal-neutral basis, create a seamless and shared network to: (i) jointly expand the connectivity and capacity of key routes, (ii) enhance operational efficiency and service quality, (iii) further integrate their respective strengths, (iv) develop coordinated service offerings, and (v) provide customers with expanded destination coverage, more competitive cargo capacity and enhanced services experience.
Han Kun's domestic and international transaction teams and aviation team jointly provided legal services to SF Airlines for this collaboration with Etihad Airways. Leveraging their extensive expertise in aviation industry and cross-border commercial transactions, Han Kun delivered comprehensive support throughout the project's design, agreement drafting and legal negotiations phases.
