On April 19, 2025, Legal Vision hosted in Beijing the "Legal Vision Legal Service Innovation & Development Forum and 2025 Spring Release Ceremony for Legal Vision Guide," which was guided by the China Judicial Big Data Institute. During the forum, Legal Vision officially released the Premium Legal Service Brand Guide (2024): Industrial Investment Fund Sector, aiming to deeply explore and showcase the brand entities and lawyer teams who provide outstanding legal services in the industrial investment fund sector. Mr. Micheal He from Han Kun Law Offices was invited to attend the forum on behalf of the firm to receive the honor, and he delivered a keynote speech that shared Han Kun’s development strategies titled "Law Firm’s Selection Under Triple Challenges of Economy, AI, and Globalization: Integration, Division, and Strategic Positioning".

The forum gathered leading experts and practitioners in the legal services industry to discuss trending topics in professional development and innovation. Through a rigorous evaluation process by the Legal Vision Research Center, which incorporated application materials, expert reviews, peer evaluations, and client feedback, Legal Vision finalized its 2024 "Brand Star" honorees (Leading Lawyer, Established Lawyer, Dedicated Lawyer, Rising Star Lawyer) and "Brand Influence Law Firm" in the industrial investment fund sector.

Han Kun stood out among thousands of participating law firms nationwide and was honored as Legal Vision’s 2024 "Brand Influence Law Firm in Industrial Investment Funds," recognizing its exceptional brand management capabilities and innovative operating models. Additionally, Han Kun partner Ms. Lu Ran was awarded "Brand Star in Industrial Investment Fund Sector: Leading Lawyer," while partner Mr. Cheng Chen received "Brand Star in Industrial Investment Fund Sector: Dedicated Lawyer," solidifying Han Kun’s leading position and outstanding expertise in this field.

Ms. Ran focuses on fund establishment and operation, asset management, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters. Her practice focuses on advising clients on the establishment, management, and operation of private funds and fund management entities, covering RMB and USD fund setups, QFLP, QDII, QDLP, QDIE schemes, insurance capital utilization, and incentive system design for fund management teams.

Chen Cheng specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. He has served numerous private equity funds, high-growth enterprises, and listed companies across industries such as new energy, mobility, advanced materials, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer goods, semiconductors, gaming, and e-sports. Chen has led cross-border restructuring, financing transactions, IPOs, M&A, spin-offs, and NewCo projects.
