Han Kun Law Offices has advised and acted as PRC counsel to the underwriter in connection with the initial public offering of Yimutian Inc. ("Yimutian", NASDAQ: YMT) in the United States and listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market.

Yimutian was established in 2014. For over a decade, Yimutian has been dedicated to digitalizing China's agricultural product supply chain infrastructure to streamline the agricultural product transaction process, making it efficient, transparent, secure, and convenient. According to the F&S Report, Yimutian is the largest agricultural B2B platform in mainland China in 2024 in terms of monthly active merchants.
