Han Kun and Han Kun Hong Kong provide one-stop legal services for Shenzhen Mingde Holding Co. Ltd.'s inaugural offshore bond issuance

Han Kun Law Offices and Han Kun Law Offices LLP ("Han Kun Hong Kong"), acted as PRC and international legal advisors to the issuer and guarantor, respectively, successfully assisting in a three-year HK$750 million offshore bond issuance with Shenzhen Mingde Holding Co. Ltd. ("Mingde Holding") as the guarantor and Hainan Weilong Technology Development Co., Ltd., a directly held wholly-owned subsidiary of Mingde Holding, as the issuer. This transaction marks Mingde Holding's inaugural offshore bond issuance. Han Kun provided one-stop legal services in this transaction as to PRC law, English law, and Hong Kong law, earning high recognition from the client.

Established in 1997, Mingde Holding is the controlling shareholder of S.F. Holding Co., Ltd. (002352.SZ/6936.HK), the largest integrated logistics service provider in both China and Asia.
