Ms. Cecily Dong is an expert practitioner in the field of trademarks. She has 18 years of practice experience in trademark applications, trademark searches and surveillance, trademark rights administrative protection, and trademark litigation. Ms. Dong mainly focuses on trademark legal services, including trademark registration applications, reviews, oppositions, disputes, cancellations, changes of ownership, renewals, assignments, license filings and other administrative procedures, as well as all aspects of trademark law practice, including trademark litigation. Ms. Dong has represented well-known foreign companies in successfully obtaining trademark registrations and protections in China. In many cases, she has successfully assisted clients to obtain "well-known trademark" protection for their trademarks. Ms. Dong is a member of the expert group of the EU SME Chamber of Commerce. Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) commented in 2017 that Ms. Dong "has performed well in many successful trademark litigation cases." Ms. Dong practiced for 12 years with CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office.
