Han Kun represents Pink Fish Star in completing its early-stage financing to accelerate AI avatar technology development and commercialization

Recently, PINK FISH STAR AI PTE. LTD. ("Pink Fish Star") successfully completed its early-stage financing. Han Kun Law Offices represented Pink Fish Star and provided comprehensive legal services throughout the transaction, including advising on transaction structuring, drafting and revising transaction documents, negotiation support, and assistance with closing.

Pink Fish Star is an artificial intelligence technology company engaged in celebrity management and IP operations through social media and other online platforms. The company is currently collaborating with several signed artists on the commercial application of AI avatar technology.

On October 25, at artist Dai Yanni's concert in Chengdu, Flora—an AI avatar of Dai Yanni developed by Pink Fish Star—performed live on stage alongside the artist herself. In developing Flora, Pink Fish Star implemented AI cognitive intelligence through an innovative "cognitive model + artist mirroring" design. Also, Pink Fish Star's independently developed cognitive model—featuring "functional simulation + structural integration + dynamic evolution"—enables the creation of lifelike, emotionally resonant AI avatars as unified organic entities.

Following the completion of this financing round, Pink Fish Star will continue to dedicate itself to redefining human emotion through AI and reshaping the future landscape of the entertainment industry.
