Han Kun acted as legal counsel to Sirio Group (300791.SZ) in connection with its strategic investment in M-Action, a professional sports nutrition brand under Mengniu Group. Han Kun provided comprehensive legal services throughout the transaction, including conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating investment-related legal documents, and assisting with closing. Hillhouse and Mengniu Ventures co-invested in the round.

Sirio Group is a leading global CDMO enterprise in the nutritional health food sector and became the first listed company in this field in China in 2019. M-Action supplies science-backed nutrition for every phase of an athlete's journey—pre-workout, intra-workout, recovery, and daily wellness—making it a complete sports-nutrition line in China. The deal anchors Sirio's front-running position in the country's fast-growing sports-nutrition segment.
