Han Kun wins four honors at The Legal 500 China Law Awards 2025

On December 11, 2025, The Legal 500, the world's renowned legal directory, announced its list of winners at the ceremony for the 2025 China Law Awards, held in Beijing. Owing to the firm's outstanding performance in the past year, Han Kun was honored as "Private Equity: Law firm of the year," "Investment Funds Law Firm of the Year" and "Fintech Law Firm of the Year." In addition, Han Kun partner Mr. Wei Quan was recognized as the "Fintech Lawyer of the Year."

Han Kun partners Mr. Xianglin Chen, Ms. Yuanyan Xiao, and Mr. Kevin Duan attended the ceremony on behalf of Han Kun to receive the honor.

This is the third year for The Legal 500's China Law Awards, which recognize the leading firms, lawyers, and teams who have contributed immensely to China's fast growing and complex legal market. The awards process is based on The Legal 500's market-leading independent research, which has encompassed both the world-class, full-service and boutique PRC firms as well as foreign law firms. Winners were selected by a judging team who draw on their in-depth knowledge of jurisdictions and practice areas.
