On December 22, 2025, Asian Legal Business (ALB) officially published its list of 2025 ALB China Top 15 IP Lawyers, aiming to recognize China's top IP lawyers over the past 12 months. Han Kun partner Ms. Vivian He was named to the list for her outstanding performance.
Vivian He's practice focuses on copyright, trademark, trade secret and unfair competition law litigation, as well as trademark prosecution and invalidation. She has extensive experience in serving both domestic and multinational clients in a wide range of fields.
Ms. He started her legal career as an in-house IP counsel in the Intellectual Property and Standards Department of Philips Investment (China) Co., Ltd., where she worked for more than three years. During her tenure at Philips, Ms. He mainly handled non-contentious and commercial intellectual property issues, which provided her valuable experience and skills in IP asset management, transactions, and enforcement.
She also handles non-contentious IP issues including strategic protection of IP portfolios, prosecution and enforcement of IP rights, acquisition, transfer, use and licensing of IP assets, and the production of movies, dramas, and reality shows.
