Recently, Solta Medical ("Solta") successfully acquired 100% equity of Wuhan Shibo Zhenmei Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zhenmei") and completed the closing of the transaction. For more than a decade, Zhenmei, as part of Shibo Group, has been Solta's key distribution partner in China. Following this acquisition, Zhenmei has officially become Solta's wholly owned subsidiary in China and will be responsible for the distribution of Solta's products—including Thermage® FLX and other aesthetic medical devices—in the Chinese market.
