Han Kun wins the "2025 Intelligence Outstanding Fund Law Firm Award"

On December 4, 2025, the "3rd China Overseas Fund Summit Forum & Intelligence Future Fund Awards Presentation Ceremony", co-hosted by Zhitong Caijing and www.inbfund.com, was grandly held in Shenzhen. Han Kun Law Offices received the "2025 Intelligence Outstanding Fund Law Firm Award" for its outstanding professional expertise and strong industry reputation. Ms. Yu (Joanna) Wang from Han Kun attended the forum and accepted the award on behalf of the firm.

Overseas Fund Intelligence Award

The Overseas Fund Intelligence Award is the first industry award focusing on Chinese-funded overseas private funds. The organizer, New Intelligence Future Technology, is a professional institution jointly established by Zhitong Caijing, the leading platform for Hong Kong and U.S. stock information, and several senior industry experts, dedicated to providing industry data services and organizing industry award selections for Chinese-funded overseas funds.

Han Kun Investment Fund Team

Leveraging its firm-wide integrated operating platform, Han Kun has established a dedicated legal team specializing in the establishment and operation of onshore and offshore investment funds since its inception. Currently, the Han Kun Investment Fund Team consists of 8 partners and nearly 40 lawyers that engage exclusively in fund formation and operations, making it one of the earliest and of the few teams in China dedicated to onshore and offshore investment fund services, as well as the largest legal team in this field domestically. Han Kun Law Offices has deep expertise in RMB investment funds, cross-border funds, and USD investment funds, consistently serving a large number of private securities funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and other types of private investment fund clients in the market.

Through the deep integration and synergistic development of onshore and offshore fund businesses, the team has developed a profound understanding of fund establishment, operations, and full lifecycle management, combining global perspectives with local insights, and has accumulated extensive and solid practical experience. To date, the Han Kun Private Equity Investment Fund practice has successfully assisted clients with legal services for nearly 3,000 investment funds, including over 2,000 RMB-denominated funds and nearly 1,000 USD-denominated funds, consistently delivering efficient, professional, and reliable legal support.
