Han Kun Law Offices and Han Kun Law Offices LLP ("Han Kun Hong Kong") acted as the PRC legal advisor and Hong Kong legal advisor, respectively, to the sole sponsor and the underwriters, in connection with the listing of H shares of Yunnan Jinxun Resources Co., Ltd. ("Jinxun Resources", Stock Code: 3636.HK) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the public offering in Hong Kong and the Regulation S offering in aggregate of 36,765,600 H shares.

Jinxun Resources' domestic shares are currently quoted on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system. The company is a leading manufacturer of high-quality copper cathodes, with a strong presence in DR Congo and Zambia.
