Han Kun Law Offices has served as the PRC legal counsel to the sole sponsor in relation to Shenzhen Han's CNC Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市大族数控科技股份有限公司) ("Han's CNC", Stock Codes: 301200.SZ, 3200.HK) in its public offering and listing of H shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Han Kun's PRC legal services contributed to Han's CNC becoming the first A+H PCB high-end specialized equipment manufacturer.

Han's CNC is a leading specialized PCB production equipment solution provider in China and is primarily engage in the R&D, production, and sales of specialized PCB production equipment. Han's CNC ranked first globally in terms of the sales revenue of specialized PCB production equipment.
