Han Kun Contributes the China Chapter of The Legal 500: Asset Tracing and Recovery Comparative Guide

The world's leading legal directory The Legal 500 recently published The Legal 500: Comparative Guide (the "Guide"). Han Kun was invited to exclusively contribute the China chapter of the Guide. The authors include Ronghua (Andy) Liao, Bing San and Yuxian Zhao, three partners from Han Kun dispute resolution team.

The Guide brings together the key legal issues relating to asset tracing and recovery across major jurisdictions worldwide, covering topics such as the legal framework for civil asset recovery, interim measures, the recognition and enforcement of cross-border civil and commercial judgments and arbitral awards, as well as emerging issues including virtual assets and cross-border insolvency.
