Han Kun welcomes Ms. Hui (Cherry) Jin in joining the firm as a partner

Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that Ms. Hui (Cherry) Jin has recently joined the firm as a partner. The addition of Ms. Jin will further strengthen and enhance Han Kun's cross-border asset financing and shipping capabilities.

Ms. Jin's practice focuses on a full range of transactions in the maritime and offshore sectors, including ship finance and leasing, shipbuilding, ship sale and purchase, vessel operations and management, asset acquisition and disposal, joint ventures, shipping funds, and other shipping-related transactions. She has assisted major domestic and international banks, syndicates, and well-known domestic leasing companies and shipowners in a variety of cross-border pre-delivery and post-delivery ship financing and leasing transactions. Ms. Jin also advises domestic and international ship owners on shipbuilding, ship sale and purchase, and vessel operation and management. In addition, Ms. Jin advises shipping companies and leading cruise operators on a wide range of shipping and corporate matters.

Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Jin practiced for many years at several domestic and international law firms. She is a member of the PRC Bar.

The addition of Ms. Jin will further enhance the firm's service capabilities in cross-border asset financing and shipping, while further strengthening its professional coverage in these related areas.
